About me
Kim Bell is the Coordinator of W.D. Jordan Rare Books and Special Collections at Queen’s University Library. She has earned a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from San José State University and a Master’s degree in History with a specialization in book history from Queen’s University. In addition to arsenical books, her research, particularly
focused on publishers’ bindings, explores the intricate relationship between design genres and Canadian intellectual culture in the late 19th century. Kim’s contributions have been featured in publications such as Book Arts Canada | Arts due Livre Canada, a publication of the Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild.
