Alanna Carlson Sinclair, BA, JD
Alanna is a Lawyer, Consultant, and Instructor at the Usask College of Law who lives in Saskatoon, Treaty 6 Territory.
Alanna Carlson brings a valuable suite of skills and a deeply compassionate understanding to her work. Drawing on her experience as a former human rights investigator and counsel and her own extensive study, she specializes in empowering organizations and individuals through specialized training and consulting services. Alanna's areas of specialization include workplace wellbeing, disability accommodation, trauma-informed practices, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and neuro-inclusion.
As a queer and neurodivergent professional, she see and experiences the world in a different way from others. This means that her insightful and meticulous approach allows her to uncover nuances and details that others may overlook.
Alanna's personal journey of recovery from chronic illness has instilled in her a deep commitment to sharing the resources and strategies she developed. She now helps others navigate their own paths to wellness in an initiative called The Parasympathetic Pig, drawing on her unique neurodivergent perspective to provide tailored guidance and resources.
